A scheduled visual review with photos/reporting plus limited routine preventive handyman maintenance. Repairs and materials are additional.
Second-Home / Vacation-Home Care

A more comprehensive visual review and documentation visit with pre-approved routine handyman maintenance.
Storm Follow-Up Check
$175
A post-storm visual condition check with photo documentation/reporting, subject to safe access. Repair labor, debris removal and temporary protection are not included.
