When you contact Crabby’s, you’re dealing directly with me—the owner—from the initial project review and quote through the work itself. There’s no salesperson handing the job to a rotating crew.

Know When to Stop
If a project reveals structural concerns, active or unexplained water issues, licensed or permit-required work, or another condition outside my approved scope, I’ll stop the affected work and discuss the appropriate next step rather than push beyond the job I should be doing.
